The Montitians were the natives of the planet Montitia. They were evacuated by Charza Kwinn and the Jedi in the Montitian Extraction prior to the Clone Wars. During the Imperial period, their homeworld was inhabited again. They were often recruited to work on the Corporate Sector world of Duroon. Once there, however, the promised jobs turned out to be a position of near-slavery, and they were forced to mine the planet's vast resources alongside other indentured alien species.
