Montalvio Mano was first mentioned in the 2025 short story "Galactic Tales: The Crimson Corsair and the Sinister Secret of the Binary Star," written by Landry Q. Walker.[1] The name Montalvio was first used in the unlicensed adventure "Alone Against the Empire", published in 1988 in Challenge 32.[2]
