Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The first Moff of the Trans-Nebular sector was a man who tried to defy the Galactic Empire.

Biography

The Moff conspired to run the Trans-Nebular sector independently for his own profit. In response to this, the Galactic Empire sent a task force to remove him. When a substantial fleet of Star Destroyers appeared over the capital, he tried to declared his loyalty to the Empire, but was arrested. On the same day, he and his sector administration were tried for treason and executed.

After his death, the position of Moff was given to Nebin Cray.
