A mobile shield generator mounted on a Mobile Defense Unit.
The mobile shield generator was a device mounted on Alliance Mobile Defense Units. It covered a small area in an energy shield making it slightly less effective then conventional shield generators, but nevertheless was effective in protecting areas where conventional generators were not practical.
