The Mission to the Reo system was a mission undertaken by the New Jedi Order to learn information on the entity Abeloth from the Killik hive in the system. The mission was given to Jedi Knights Raynar Thul, Tekli and Lowbacca.[1]
The Jedi successfully found the Thuruht hive, and were able to find the knowledge needed thanks to the Thuruht Queen, but only upon Raynar Thul's agreement to become a Joiner for the hive, and prepare for what they described as, "The end of days." Tekli and Lowbacca returned to Coruscant to share their knowledge with the Jedi Council and Club Bwua'tu, which would be integral in Abeloth's defeat by Luke Skywalker.[1]
