In 32 BBY, Jedi Padawan Darsha Assant undertook a mission in the Crimson Corridor, a district in the Third Quadrant of Coruscant's Zi-Kree Sector to extract a Black Sun defector known as Oolth. The latter was the sole survivor of the recent massacre of the Black Sun leadership by the Sith Lord Darth Maul. Darsha Assant visited the Crimson Corridor and successfully found Oolth. However, they were later attacked by members of the Raptor who attempted to steal Assant's skyhopper, forcing the Jedi to attack the gangsters. During the skirmish, the Gotal Nig lost his hand, cut off by the Padawan's lightsaber. Darsha Assant and Oolth finally escaped by ascending up a building. They were about to leave the Coruscant underworld when they were assailed by hawk-bats. The creatures harmed Oolth's eye who lot his grip and fell into the abyss of the planet.[2]
