Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Clone Wars, the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were pulled from the ongoing blockade at Herdessa for a mission to locate the rogue Roonian Commander Mekedrix and either capture or kill him. They discovered Mekedrix in an ancient temple on the planet Ando and ultimately were forced to kill him.[1]
