- "Are you saying that Sewellis's theory can be applied to energy systems as long as the overall underlying crystal structure is maintained when applied to arrangement of the larger matrix?"
"Yes, but only if you take into account the work of Mian San and the equal distribution of energy in a crystalline matrix without redundancy." - ―Zadina Mkampa and Avon Starros
Mian San was a scientist who proposed a theory about shared energy production[1] by around 530 BBY.[2] At that time, the theory was considered silly and easily disproven.[1]
In 230 BBY,[2] aspiring scientist Avon Starros was kidnapped by the Nihil pirates and forced to work as an assistant to the weapons expert Dr. Zadina Mkampa. Starros was caught sneaking around after managing to send a distress signal, and claimed she had been looking up files on the work of Murphis Sewellis for Mkampa's project. Tempest Runner Kara Xoo decided to have Starros sold into slavery to the Zygerrians, but after Mkampa expressed interest in what Starros was proposing, the girl added that Sewellis' theory, which had also been disproven, could only be applied if San's work was also taken into account. Starros did not believe that either theory would work, but hoped to avoid slavery or death.[1]

- ↑ 2.0 2.1 Star Wars: Timelines dates the events of The High Republic: Mission to Disaster to 230 BBY. As Mission to Disater establishes that Mian San's theory was considered easily disproven three centuries earlier, he must have postulated it by around 530 BBY.
