Mel Acan was a Human male Jedi Padawan. His master died during the Great Jedi Purge, but he managed to survive. Mel was hiding in the Jedi temple on Vinee, along with Nena Gallow. He had created three Tomb Guardians to defend the temple. After they were found by The Grand Inquisitor and Darth Vader, the padawans dueled with them and escaped.[1]

Mel Acan first appeared in "Ambush in the Temple," a comic featured in the magazine LEGO Star Wars 108.[1]
