A disposable Medical Droid model designed and created by the Mon Calamari Hunter Sprocket for use in the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition hosted on Vespaara. The small hovering droids were used to hold and distribute a bacta solution among the various Hunters in the Grand Arena during matches. These droids would fly above he and his teammates and spray them with Bacta from six spigots found on their underbelly, healing anyone within the vicinity instantly. The moment their Bacta reserves had run dry, these medical droids would then self-destruct.[1]

The Medical Droid first appeared in the canonical video game Star Wars: Hunters, which was developed by NaturalMotion's BossAlien and published by Zynga[1] on November 16, 2021, as a soft launch to select countries,[2] before the global release on June 4, 2024.[3] With Sprocket's release to the game on February 11, 2022, the droid was included as part of his ability kit.[4] However, the droid and its related gameplay mechanic were later removed following a major rework to Sprocket's ability kit in the game's fifth season "Scum and Villainy."[5] This droid was designed by concept artist Anna Kay.[6]
