The Mechanical Tauntaun was an external All Terrain Ewok Transport walker configuration utilized by the Ewok Hunter Pilbush that she could operate for the Hunters of the Outer Rim competition in the Grand Arena on the planet Vespaara as an alternative to her standard walker.[3] The walker's body resembled the face of a tauntaun, mounts used by the Rebel Alliance on the planet Hoth.[4]

Behind the scenes

Mechanical Tauntaun was a "Legendary" rarity "Weapon Wrap" for the Hunter Pilbush's Original AT-ET, which first appeared in the competitive video game Star Wars: Hunters, specifically added within update 3.0.0 alongside Season 3 on September 23, 2024. It served as half of a cosmetic set alongside the Tauntaun's Revenge. This wrap could be unlocked as one of two grand prizes within the "Tauntaun Rebel Vault."[3]
