The Maxion was a sky-dreadnaught and flagship of the Exocron Airfleet. Commanded by Captain Horzao Darr, the vessel was ornately outfitted with state rooms and often carried important VIPs and Council members.
In 8 ABY, the Maxion made first contact with the off-worlders from the New Republic vessel FarStar. It ferried the New Republic delegation to Caballa City, and was later used by Captain Darr and the New Republic to insert a strike force into the v to rescue Captain Kaiya Adrimetrum.
