The Master Designers Council was an organization of high importance for the unidentified Iokath species. Its purpose was to construct and maintain Project Iokath which transformed an entire star system into a new artificial habitat for the species, which was called Iokath. The Master Designers Council issued a decree commencing the start of an effort to develop a expandable and adaptable home for its people.[1]
