Master Archivist was a type of archivist that collected and catalogued archives and notes. Mordianius was a Master Archivist active in the decades after the end of the Galactic Civil War. The Rebel Files were once in the hands of Mordianius, who then sent them to Korr Sella, and given to General Leia Organa, leader of the Resistance.[1]

The Chief Librarian of the Jedi Order was also referred to as a Master Archivist.[2]
