Massassi One was a call sign used by the Rebel Alliance after the Battle of Yavin. Luke Skywalker utilized it in the course of diplomatic missions and during the Rebel Alliance's search for a base and allies.
Behind the scenes
The Complete Star Wars Encyclopedia claims that Luke used this call sign, but in Tatooine Sojourn he is speaking with Massassi-One, not as Massassi-One.
