The marsh-gunnies were small[2] creatures native to Nim Drovis, a planet located in the Meridian sector of the Outer Rim Territories.[1] They occupied the bayous,[2] swamps, and marshes of Nim Drovis.[1] In 13 ABY,[3] when the droids C-3PO and R2-D2 arrived on the planet along with the starship captain Bortrek, their landing pad was surrounded by swamps filled with marsh-gunnies, gulpers and green-eyed wadie-platts.[1]
Behind the scenes
The marsh-gunnies were created by Barbara Hambly for her novel, Planet of Twilight, published by Bantam Spectra in 1997.[1]
