The Malkite poisoners were a secret order of assassins. The poisoners had been in existence for millennia, leading to many jokes that any unsolved murders were their doing. Nack Movers, a dangerous figure in the Coruscant underworld, was apparently trained as a Malkite poisoner.[1]
When Admiral Jyrom Ottdell of the Galactic Empire died as a result of zolall extract, a rare poison used by the order, Imperial Security Bureau Agent Andressa Divo began investigating the Malkite poisoners. After ordering two dozen "Malkite poisoner kits" from darker sections of the HoloNet, only one kit was genuine, and bore an inscription on the dosage label of its zolall poison, threatening Agent Divo's investigation.[1]
Kilitz and Kling, who were known as "The Twins," were known to be Malkite poisoners. They were involved in the Malkite land grab as tunnelers.[2]
