Malastare-Sullust Joint Task Force

The Malastare-Sullust Joint Task Force, shortened to Mallust JTF, was a task force that was active during the High Republic Era. For more than thirty years, starfighter pilot Hedda Casset served within the task force, beginning as a Z-24 Buzzbug fighter pilot and later becoming an officer that commanded a heavy cruiser, which was one of the largest in the Mallust JTF. Eventually, Casset left the task force and retired to become a merchant starship captain. Mallust JTF conducted mostly policing missions against pirates and similar threats in their small sector of the Mid Rim. The task force partially shared its name with the^[1] Outer Rim Territories^[2] planet Sullust^[3] and Mid Rim Territories planet Malastare.^[4]
