The planet Makeb had an eastern continent that was large enough to be considered a continent, unlike the numerous mesas that rose from the planet's ocean surface. During the Sith Empire's efforts to stabilize the planet amid the Conquest of Makeb, the continent was severely impacted by groundquakes.
