Maer (doctor)

Maer was a Human male doctor living on Coruscant during the Cold War against the resurgent Sith Empire. Maer's ambulatory was in the Black Sun territory and he witnessed many atrocities while stationed there. One of Maer's patients, Curt Willham, told the doctor that Black Sun had been smuggling contraband offworld inside people's bodies, especially Jedi artifacts found by the Justicars' Brigade. Fortunately, Maer met a a Jedi Consular in the Silent Sun cantina who wanted to help him to save the unlucky Black Sun smugglers. With the Consular's help, Maer saved the lives of the smugglers and blew a critical hit to the smuggling ring.
