Mace Windy of Ophuchi was a Jedi-Bendu and served as Warlord to the Chairman of the Alliance of Independent Systems, and was considered by some to be more powerful than the leader of the Galactic Empire. He took C. J. Thorpe on as a padawaan.[1]
Behind the scenes
Mace Windy was mentioned in a[1] 1973[2] two-page outline for the film that would become Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, titled Journal of the Whills (Part) I. Mace Windu, a character in the Prequel trilogy, has a nearly identical name to him.[3]
