A female individual was living during the time of the New Republic. She was married to the Turian New Republic senator, Luralon Odaay, with whom she had one child. At one point when Leia Organa Solo was Chief of State of the New Republic, Luralon Odaay was killed by a Human assassin named Cabe Maquez, who was impersonating the former Latarzian assassin, Grandyl Grieve.[1]

Behind the scenes

Luralon Odaay's wife was to be mentioned briefly in Love Is a Warm Blaster, a short story written by Paul Danner for Star Wars Adventure Journal 17,[2] which was going to be published by West End Games in the fall of 1998.[3] However, when West End Games had financial difficulties, the Star Wars Adventure Journal was canceled along with all of West End Games's other Star Wars products.[4] The story does not specify the species of Odaay's wife was or whether she lived on his homeworld or somewhere else.[1]
