Biography

Luntobetha was an alien[1] individual who had taken up residence and worked on the planet Olega as a clothing dyer and vendor[2] by 132 BBY.[3]

Personality and traits

Luntobetha usually fully concealed her appearance, leading to a rather intimidating visage when observed by strangers, though Olega City locals knew she was anything but, being a hardworking and friendly clothing dyer.[1]

Equipment

Luntobetha outfitted herself in full-body clothing[2] and jacket covered in tight cinch straps, with an old Bando Gora mask repurposed to help her filter our caustic dye fumes via an attached atmo-scanner and filter rebalancer. She also concealed a money belt around her waist.[1]

Behind the scenes

Luntobetha made their debut in the second episode of the 2024 television series, Star Wars: The Acolyte, directed by Leslye Headland.[2] Their name was revealed within the Star Wars: The Acolyte: The Visual Guide[1] which released in select countries on June 5, 2025.[4] Martin Rezard worked on the prosthetics for Luntobetha.[5]
