Luke Skywalker once created a red-bladed lightsaber shoto during the Nagai–Tof War to combat the Dark Lady Lumiya and her exotic lightwhip on Kinooine.

Luke wields his shoto against Lumiya

The shoto was made from materials from an Iskalonian Stinger, including its power pack.[1] Luke used the shoto when he practiced his saber training with three Marksman-H combat remotes before the Second Battle of Endor.[3]

During the Battle of Iskalon, Lando used the shoto while being underwater to bring down the Nagai's tower.[4] Luke also used his shoto during the Battle of Zeltros.[5]

Many decades later, Luke would use it again to combat Lumiya during the Battle of Gilatter VIII while his twin sister, Leia Organa Solo dueled Alema Rar.[6]
