Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

This casino was an illegal establishment run by Luck Luck Freidal, who paid substantial bribes to Imperial authorities to keep it open. It was finally shut down in 0 ABY, in a raid in which Freidal was killed when he attempted to bribe the officer in charge. The Empire seized all of the casino's money, leaving all of the gamblers present somewhat poorer.[1]
