Lower Bay Docks

The Lower Bay Docks was a location on the Outer Rim world of Fikari. It was one of the locations where the Hidden Hand criminal syndicate operated.

History

During the Imperial Era, a number of Hidden Hand members operated on the Lower Bay Docks. Holaq and Uro, two members of the organization, chatted about the syndicate and Darth Vader's attacks on them. Vader interrogated Holaq after eliminating most of the Hidden Hand members, demanding information regarding a plot to assassinate him. Unsatisfied with his response, the Sith Lord killed Holaq. Gwi, another member of the Hidden Hand, spied on Vader as he contacted his master Darth Sidious, who stated that the syndicate had to be eliminated at all costs.[1]
