Lorn Bal

Lorn Bal was a male individual who served as an agent in the Galactic Empire's Imperial Security Bureau and was based on the Hutt Space planet Toydaria, where he led a contingent of Imperial forces. Bal disliked his post, as he was not able to fully utilize the resources under his command due to the control of the Hutt Clan.^[1]
