Colonel Lom Melams served in the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War.
Biography
Melams was the commander of the DVL-181, an Alliance outpost that was located on a swampy planet. He was the highest ranking Alliance officer in the region and had several Alliance Special Operations teams under his command.[1]
Personality
Melams was dedicated to the Alliance. He expected success from those he commanded and was intolerant of incompetence, so became very angry and unhappy when people failed him.[1]
