"LomPaulsen" was the HoloNet handle of an individual who once attempted to sell weapons to Cikatro Vizago on Garel, but was attacked by his IG-RM bodyguard and enforcer droids. As a consequence, "LomPaulsen" left a negative review on Vizago's profile in Cynabar's InfoNet's "Who's Who in the Lothal Sector."[1]
