Loeerna

Loeerna was the Teltior female owner of the Happy Spacer retail business on the Vergesso Base asteroid hangar.

Loeerna sold intoxicants and spiced drinks and would send customers to D'ring'my for more. She had seen enough of the use of her merchandise to avoid it herself, but was not interested in the moral implications and went on her business.
