Lo'tar was a male Twi'lek living during the Galactic War. A servant of a Hutt on Nal Hutta he was tasked with putting down an Evocii named Grov the Destroyer. Incapable of doing that on his own, Lo'tar simply used the Bounty Brokers Association to put a bounty of Grov's head.
Behind the scenes
Lo'tar first appeared in game update 2.3 of the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic, released by BioWare in 2013.
He is only accessible through the Bounty Contract Week event quest series of the Imperial players in the game on Hutta.
