Livien civil war

The title of this article is conjectural. Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

During the Cold War between the Sith Empire and the Galactic Republic, a civil war broke out on the planet Livien. Rebel factions, backed by the Republic, rebelled against the Imperial-backed royal family, and the planet was thrown into chaos as a result.

Behind the scenes

The Livien civil war is mentioned in two separate and faction-specific Crew Skill missions in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic. Republic players can have their companions complete the Underworld Trading mission "Overthrowing the Tyrants," which says that the rebels oust the royal family, while Imperial players can have their companions do the Underworld Trading mission "Quashing the Rebels," which claims that the royal family crushed the rebels.
