Liers Ossnan was an Imperial Security Bureau officer during the Galactic Civil War between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. He was in charge of finding the Separatist Munificent-class star frigate Sa Nalaor. The investigation proceeded after a message pod from the ship was found near the Wheel and brought to the station.
