A planetary council was formed on the planet Li-Toran by the largest Melitto hives during the Unending Conflict to prevent a devastating catastrophe. The council was formed to end the existing battles and work to ensure such wars were not repeated. As part of the peacekeeping transition, colonization efforts were initiated by sending myrmitrices and their myrmites to neighboring star systems.[1]
