Level 3 was a location on a Munificent-class star frigate where prisoners were held.[1] In 22 BBY during the Clone Wars,[2] Galactic Republic senators Padmé Amidala and Yarua, along with others were kidnapped by Confederacy of Independent Systems forces led by General Grievous and held on Level 3. Also located on the level, were restraints that were planned to be used on Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi after his capture. After Kenobi freed himself, he alerted his apprentice, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, of the location of the prisoners. Skywalker then quickly ran off to Level 3.[1]

But when Skywalker arrived at Level 3, Amidala was destroying the last B1-series battle droid. Skywalker was happy to see Amidala safe and acknowledged she did not need his help, but she still thanked him anyway. He and Amidala then led the other prisoners back to their shuttle.[1]
