The Letters of Where and When were a set of star maps that were rumored to show the most effective smuggling routes in the galaxy. Thought to be destroyed, the maps fell into the possession of the warlord Smaatku, but were stolen from him on the planet Guat'a by the Spice Runners of Kijimi.[1]
