Laureate of the Empire[1] (or Imperial Laureate)[2] was a great literary honor, bestowed by the Galactic Empire upon only the finest scholarly minds in the galaxy. The author Ebenn Q3 Baobab received the title of Laureate of the Empire on two separate occasions.[1]
