Larry Sheldon

Larry Sheldon was a Disney imagineer who worked on the original Star Tours ride at Disneyland. Sheldon joined fellow imagineer Lance Updyke in machining aluminum animatronic puppets of Captain Rex, the pilot droid and main character of the attraction, based on a foam sculpt created by Chris Runco.^[1]
