Lalkan was a Klatooinian male who served Vortga the Hutt. However, as Vortga grew paranoid in his old age, he attempted to execute all of his servants that knew about his hidden complex. Lalkan was among those targeted, but he managed to escape. He eventually shared his knowledge with Jacek.[1]
