A village was located on Kudo III, home to a number of Kudon. During the Clone Wars, the Confederacy of Independent Systems gassed the village and enslaved the Kudon, forcing them to run a droid foundry in attempts to trick the Galactic Republic into destroying the factory and causing innocents to be killed. Anakin Skywalker entered the droid foundry and discovered the truth, freeing the Kudon.[1]
