Kriselist was a planet in the Wornal sector of the Mid Rim. It sat at the junction between the Corellian Trade Spine and the D'Aelgoth Trade Route.[3]
History
During the Outer Rim Sieges of the Clone Wars, Kriselist was defended by the Galactic Republic's Nineteenth Army. As the Separatists advanced from Kinyen to Bomis Koori IV along the Corellian Trade Spine, the Nineteenth Army fought a number of battles and managed to retain control of Kriselist.[5]
During the Galactic Civil War, the urban world of Kriselist openly defied the Galactic Empire. As a result, the planet was bombarded by the Imperial Fleet and fell into ruin.[4][3]
The Empire moved on, deciding that what was left was not worth salvaging. However, Rebel supporters continued to inhabit the shattered cities of the world.[4]
After the Empire left Kriselist, the minor warlord Utoxx Prentioch took control of portions of the cities and raised an army. This army, composed of little more than thugs and cutthroats, made life even more difficult for the planet's survivors.[4]
After the Battle of Endor, Admiral Firmus Nantz, in command of the New Republic First Fleet, fought against Prentioch's army.[5] During the skirmish, the New Republic deployed SpecForces in one of the shattered urban centers to find the warlord's hidden palace. The New Republic overcame Prentioch's army and freed Kriselist from his tyrannical and brutal rule.[4]
