Kri-snorts were a type of flying creature that could be found on[1] the Outer Rim[2] planet Valo.[1] In 231 BBY,[3] Jedi Padawan Ram Jomaram noticed several kri-snorts slowly flapping toward Valo's[1] Lake Lonisa[2] as he traveled toward the world's[1] capital,[2] Lonisa City.[1]

Kri-snorts appeared in Race to Crashpoint Tower, a 2021 junior novel written by Daniel José Older as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase I.[4]
