Krev was a member of the Free Ryloth Movement, a resistance movement that worked to free the planet Ryloth from the Galactic Empire. Under the directive of Cham Syndulla—the resistance's leader[2]—in 14 BBY,[1] they participated in an attempt to assassinate Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine and the Sith Lord Darth Vader aboard the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Perilous. The group's efforts to destroy the vessel after it entered the Ryloth system failed, with Krev ultimately passing away. Syndulla later mentioned Krev in a list of every Free Ryloth Movement member who had died in the assassination attempt while rallying his remaining colleagues to attack Palpatine again.[2]
