Kira IV was the fourth planet in the Kira system.
Description
The planet was uninhabitable and had little natural resources that were worth mining.[3]
History
The planet was initially surveyed during the time of the Old Republic. While the second planet of the system, Kira II - designated Kira Prime, was deemed worthy of further developement, Kira IV was classified as uninhabitable.[3]
When a follow-up survey was conducted several years later, Kira IV was the only planet remaining in the system, while all others had been destroyed by an unknown cataclysm.[3]
