- "The kingdom may be long gone, but it's not forgotten."
- ―Crane
The Kingdom of Biwaji[2] was a kingdom that was destroyed by the Galactic Empire using All Terrain Armored Transport walkers. Its princess, Crane became a rebel who fought against the Empire.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Kingdom of Biwaji first appeared, in flashbacks, in "The Song of Four Wings", a non-canon short film produced by Project Studio Q as part of the third volume of the Star Wars: Visions series. The animated short released on Disney+[1] on October 29, 2025.[3] It was identified in a piece of concept art posted to the official Star Wars Twitter account on November 3 of that year.[2]
