Kharulu Neen was an individual who died as a result of the New Republic's actions by the time of the Battle of Jakku[2] in 5 ABY.[3] During a confrontation with the New Republic pilot Wyl Lark in the midst of the battle, Palal Seedia, a TIE fighter pilot of the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, lamented Neen and other comrades she had lost to the New Republic.[2]

Kharulu Neen was mentioned in the 2021 novel Victory's Price: An Alphabet Squadron Novel, the final installment of the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy which was written by Alexander Freed.[2]
