Khagan

Khagan was a title of Supreme Military Commander of the Kolkpravis, a title held first by Qymaen jai Sheelal. Several brigades were organized as a khanate, overseen by one of the eight Khans of the Izvoshra, who was responsible for safeguarding and carrying out their Kaleesh military leader duties.^[1]
