Kelnu Velus was a male Twi'lek who served as a scout for the Galactic Republic. Around 3640 BBY Velus and the Voss Commando Abdan-Sho surveyed the Gormak fortifications on the Fest Otur Island north of the Nightmare Lands. They asked a Republic-aligned individual to retrieve experimental powered armor from the Gormak and destroy the power stations used to make it.[1]
