Keff was an individual who served in the Royal Naboo Security Forces during the waning years of the Galactic Republic. In about 32 BBY, Keff and a group of Security Force officers apprended a group of agents in a docking bay in Kwilaan Spaceport on Naboo, whom they suspected of being smugglers. Afterward, one of the officers ordered Keff to return to the Security Forces' headquarters.
