The Kef Sur Ocean,[2] also known as just the Kef Sur, was a vast and furious ocean located on Kef Bir, an ocean moon of the gas giant Endor. After the destruction of the Imperial Death Star II battle station[1] in 4 ABY,[3] a complete section of the station, including the remnants of the superlaser concentration dish and the throne room of the deceased Galactic Emperor, Darth Sidious, was drawn in by Kef Bir's gravity and eventually landed near the Kef Sur Ocean's coast.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Kef Sur Ocean was introduced in the 2019 reference book Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo.[4]
